We are pleased to announce the 5th edition of the conference on Microbialites (M-FED 2027), which aims to be a forum for researchers who study microbialites from different, but complementary, disciplines, including sedimentology, geomicrobiology, geochemistry, mineralogy, petrology... 

Contributions (oral and posters) about microbial deposits from the present day to deep time, from field- to molecular scales are welcome, as well as technical advances for their study and environmental applications. The conference will also include keynote talks, workshops and, for the first time, 3 optional field trips. 

The meeting seeks to encourage the participation of early-career scientists, who will benefit from reduced prices.  Please, continue visiting the website for updates. We are looking forward to seeing you in Madrid!
